Former Counting On star Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth has finally revealed whether baby number four is a boy or girl. The mother of three and her husband, Austin Forsyth, are expecting their newest addition in 2027.
Joy-Anna shared the exciting announcement during the October 28 episode of her Call Your Sister podcast with Jinger Duggar Vuolo.

It’s a girl! Joy-Anna confirmed that she and Austin are expecting their second daughter.
The couple already shares three children: Gideon, Evelyn, and Gunner. Their newest arrival will give the family two boys and two girls.
However, nobody seems more excited than five-year-old Evelyn, who has been hoping for another sister.

According to Joy-Anna, Evelyn could barely contain her excitement when she learned she was getting a baby sister.
The little girl was jumping around and screaming with happiness.
Evelyn has even started saving some of her old clothes for the new baby.
Joy-Anna explained that the family usually passes clothing along to cousins. However, Evelyn has decided that some outfits need to stay in the family for her little sister.
She also hopes to share a bunk bed with the baby someday.

During the podcast, Joy-Anna discussed her difficult first trimester and the emotional challenges of pregnancy.
She admitted that feeling her baby move brought considerable relief.
Joy-Anna and Austin experienced a heartbreaking pregnancy loss in 2019 when their daughter, Annabell Elise, was stillborn.
